We are a small business and therefore kindly ask you allow two to three weeks before your pieces start making their journey to you. We understand waiting is no fun but we really appreciate your patience. If you need something in a hurry feel free to give us a shout, we'll always do our best to fulfil gifting dreams.



Cult Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your jewels, or change your mind, you’re welcome to return within 14 days for a full refund – excluding p&p.

Please contact with your order number for instructions on how to return.

Jewellery must be unworn and returned in as received condition, in the original packaging, including pouch and box. If items appear worn or are in an unsaleable condition, they will not be refunded and returned to you, the customer.

Returns on earrings are not accepted unless unworn and we are contacted as soon as order is received.

Our Returns Policy is 14 days – your returned item must be back with us within 14 days of delivery to qualify a full refund excluding shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, you will be notified and your original payment method credited. This can take up to 10 days – hold tight, it’s coming.

You, the customer, will be responsible for the return and shipping costs. If the item is over £50, we advise that you use a tracked shipping service. Any lost items on return are the responsibility of the customer – unfortunately we can’t refund for anything we don’t receive, so tracking is our friend!

All jewellery items purchased during Sample Sale or Studio Sale are non-returnable. This will have been clear at time of purchase.

International Returns

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we do not refund international shipping or customs charges.


If you would like to exchange an item for another, first email and then return. We can’t guarantee that all items will be in stock, but will endeavour to fulfil glittered dreams, always.

As with everything, we urge all to choose and buy consciously to avoid mistakes.


Our items come with a 6-month warranty as standard. This covers manufacturing faults – loose posts on earrings and clasps on chains. In these instances, we can repair or replace.

The 6-month warranty is void if damage is caused by customer mis-use. This includes damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault.

Any damage to any items that exceed 6-months cannot be repaired.
